    Synopsis:

    Akane Motomiya’s ordinary life is irrevocably altered when she and her companions are transported to a realm besieged by demonic forces. Thrust into a destiny she never anticipated, Akane becomes the focal point of hope for the world’s inhabitants, revered as the Dragon God’s Priestess—and simultaneously targeted by the very entities threatening to consume it. She must navigate treacherous political landscapes and unravel ancient prophecies while grappling with newfound powers. To safeguard herself and this strange new world, Akane is aided by the Hachiyou, eight men bound by duty to protect her, each possessing unique abilities. The series explores themes of responsibility, faith, and the burden of leadership as Akane confronts both external enemies and the inner conflict arising from her extraordinary position.
