Synopsis:

Following a disruptive event that forces him to leave his Tokyo school, the gifted volleyball player Kimichika Haijima returns to his hometown of Fukui. He reconnects with Yuni Kuroba, a promising but emotionally fragile player on the Monshiro Middle School team, unaware of her full potential. Recognizing Kuroba's talent and burdened by past failures, Haijima strives to build a new volleyball program centered around her strength.

Their journey to the prefectural tournament is fraught with challenges when Kuroba buckles under pressure, leading to a devastating defeat and strained relationship with Haijima. Years later, as classmates at Seiin High School, they reunite on the same team, aiming for redemption. With the support of their teammates, they navigate personal anxieties and fierce competition to challenge Fukuho Technical High School, the established champions, in pursuit of a place at the Spring Tournament. The series explores themes of overcoming personal hurdles and the complexities of teamwork.
