This dependence has fostered a unique societal divide, with those addicted transforming into the grotesque and powerful "Diaper Gang," dwelling in subterranean networks to secure their fix.

The narrative follows Aachi and Ssipak, opportunistic individuals navigating this bizarre landscape as black market dealers of juicybars. Their fortunes shift dramatically when they encounter a woman uniquely burdened – and blessed – with the combined bio-monitoring implants of numerous Diaper Gang members. Suddenly possessing an unparalleled supply of juicybars, Aachi and Ssipak find themselves caught in a dangerous crossfire between governmental authorities seeking to maintain control and the ruthless Diaper Gang vying for dominance.
