Synopsis:
In 2039, rising sea levels have reshaped the world, and humanity faces a new threat: the Fleet of Fog, enigmatic vessels disrupting global communication and trade. Conventional military forces prove ineffective against these formidable adversaries. The narrative centers on Gunzou Chihaya, captain of the submarine Iona, and his crew, known as Blue Steel. They undertake a perilous mission entrusted by the Japanese government – transporting the Vibration Torpedo Warhead, a crucial element for countering the Fleet of Fog, to the United States.
