Synopsis:
Kou Ichinomiya’s carefully constructed world of privilege is irrevocably disrupted by an unexpected debt. After being rescued from the Arakawa River by Nino, a mysterious young woman living on the streets, Kou finds himself bound to repay her kindness. His attempts at a practical arrangement quickly evolve into an unconventional living situation: he must relocate to a cardboard box beneath the bridge and become Nino’s boyfriend.
The series explores themes of social class, identity, and the unexpected connections forged in unlikely circumstances.
