    Synopsis:

    Sonia Summers, a detective recently reassigned to the district of Libra, finds herself navigating a city sharply divided between privilege and peril. Assigned to the "Outside" sector, she investigates cases increasingly linked to strange occurrences – unsettling events involving creatures from folklore. Her work intertwines with Bem, Bela, and Belo, three individuals who appear human but possess hidden origins as Youkai-Ningen, beings caught between two worlds.

    These unusual allies strive to safeguard humanity from malevolent entities while facing prejudice from both human and other Youkai communities. Their quiet existence among humans masks a deeper longing: the aspiration for full acceptance and the possibility of becoming human themselves. The series explores themes of identity, belonging, and the complexities of coexistence within a world where the lines between reality and myth are blurred.
