Synopsis:

In the winter of 2199, as the world braces for the turn of a new year, a wave of unease ripples through the 13th Hierarchical City of Kagutsuchi. The arrival of Ragna the Bloodedge, a notorious rebel bearing the highest bounty ever issued, ignites a dangerous convergence. Ragna’s stated goal – dismantling the oppressive system governing society – draws a diverse group of formidable combatants to Kagutsuchi, each motivated by personal gain or ideological conviction.

The series explores themes of societal control, rebellion, and the complexities of individual motivations within a stratified world.
