    Synopsis:

    Ryouta Sakamoto’s life revolves around the virtual world of Btooom!, where he holds the top ranking. This carefully constructed existence shatters when he awakens on a remote island, inexplicably linked to his online passion by a strange green crystal in his hand. He quickly discovers a horrifying reality: a deadly game mirroring Btooom! has been unleashed, with participants forced to eliminate each other to escape.

    Initially hesitant to embrace violence, Ryouta is compelled to fight for survival and a way back home. Forming an uneasy alliance with Himiko, another player grappling with the island's grim conditions, he navigates treacherous landscapes and moral dilemmas. As they journey toward a potential escape, they begin to uncover the unsettling truth behind this brutal competition and the forces orchestrating it. The series explores themes of morality, desperation, and the blurred lines between virtual and real life within a tense survival setting.
