    Synopsis:

    The world feels settled after a significant event, but for Toshiki Kai, a sense of unease lingers. A routine visit to a familiar place unveils a disturbing reality: the memory of his close friend, Aichi Sendou, has vanished from everyone’s minds. Driven by this unsettling phenomenon, Kai embarks on a quest to understand what happened to Aichi.

    His search leads him back to Aichi's past, triggered by glimpses of his cherished Cardfight Vanguard unit and the sudden appearance of his deck. Through a series of duels with Aichi’s companions, Kai uses these cards as catalysts to rekindle their lost memories of their shared experiences. As recollections return, a renewed determination forms – to reunite with Aichi and unravel the circumstances behind his disappearance, no matter the cost. The narrative explores themes of memory, connection, and the enduring power of shared history.
