Synopsis:

Rinku Aimoto returns to Japan after years spent abroad, entering the vibrant world of Yoba Academy’s DJ culture. Seeking a fresh start, she encounters Maho Akashi, a passionate aspiring DJ who introduces her to the art of mixing. Inspired by a performance from the renowned unit Peaky P-key, Rinku and Maho decide to form their own DJ group, Happy Around.

The fledgling unit quickly gathers a diverse ensemble of members: Muni, a gifted artist and childhood friend of Rinku, and Rei, a reserved pianist with a gentle disposition. As they navigate the challenges of developing their sound and stage presence, the series explores themes of friendship, self-discovery, and the power of shared passion within a competitive artistic landscape. The narrative centers on the group's journey to hone their skills and strive for recognition in Japan’s lively DJ scene.
