Synopsis:
In 2055, LBX piloting has evolved from a pastime into a legitimate profession, fueling a thriving competitive scene. The story follows Arata, a newly enrolled 14-year-old at Kamui Daimon Integrated Academy, a highly selective institution renowned for its rigorous training of LBX pilots and mechanics. Situated on Kamui Island, the academy demands exceptional skill; prospective students must first prove themselves by winning multiple official tournaments. Arata and his platoon navigate the demanding academic environment while contending with formidable rivals. As they progress through their studies and competitions, they begin to uncover hidden complexities within the academy's history and the true nature of LBX technology, blurring the lines between sport and something far more significant.
