Synopsis:

The anime centers on Princess Di Gi Charat, or Dejiko, an alien from the planet Di Gi Charat who arrives on Earth with aspirations of fame. Quickly disillusioned by the lack of readily available wealth, Dejiko embarks on a persistent quest for financial stability. Accompanied by her loyal companion Petit Charat "Puchiko," royal protector Gema, and fellow retail worker Hikaru Usada, she navigates the challenges of employment. The series explores themes of economic disparity and the desire for personal fulfillment within a mundane environment. Expect a blend of surreal humor and surprisingly relatable situations as Dejiko and her companions attempt unconventional methods to inject excitement into their everyday lives while grappling with the realities of working-class existence on a foreign planet.
