Synopsis:

The narrative unfolds within the Orte Empire, a nation newly secured by a fragile peace agreement brokered with the independent city-state of Gu-Binnen. This diplomatic success offers much-needed stability, but tensions simmer beneath the surface. Naoshi Kanno, a military leader building his forces through strategic alliances – notably with the cat tribe – receives a cryptic invitation from a naval officer connected to the Imperial Japanese Armed Forces. Accompanied by Scipio Africanus, Kanno embarks on a journey to meet a figure long presumed deceased. As these political and personal developments unfold, a shadowy entity known as the Black King begins assembling a formidable army, placing command in the hands of an individual with a deeply personal connection to Kanno's past. The anime explores themes of diplomacy, loyalty, and the enduring impact of historical conflicts within a world grappling with shifting power dynamics.

So, this is basically a follow up to the previous ovas. This's episode 15 btw. I was excited for it, but now I'm kinda disappointed. Story: Not much really happened in this episode. They were preparing for the war against the dark king and the demons army. This episode focused more on comedic moments rather than the actual story. Also, it seemed to be all rushed out. Art: Oh the art, it's very bad. To understand what I mean, this episode is filled with firm images rather than good animations. I'll leave it at that. No comment on sound and characters Enjoyment: meh... whatever*_* Overall: I was expecting more asa fan of the series but I guess they just wanted to make a few extra bucks. At the end of the episode, they said there going to be episode 16, but they didn't say when. At this point, they should just release a second season to wrap up the story; otherwise, I'm not watching any new ovas coming from them.
