    Synopsis:

    Hibiki Sakura, a high school student with a fondness for food and a growing appetite, seeks a change when confronted about her weight. Her enrollment in Silverman Gym introduces her to a world far removed from her expectations. The gym boasts a diverse clientele of serious athletes, overseen by the watchful trainer Naruzou Machio. Amidst this intense atmosphere, Hibiki encounters Akemi Souryuuin, the school idol and student council president, whose unusual fascination with physical strength creates an awkward dynamic.

    Initially overwhelmed and somewhat repulsed, Hibiki finds herself unexpectedly drawn to the supportive environment of Silverman Gym and the charismatic Naruzou. The series explores themes of self-improvement, personal boundaries, and navigating unconventional social situations within a competitive setting. It offers a blend of slice-of-life elements with a focus on character interactions and the challenges of embracing a new lifestyle.
