Transported to a foreign realm at birth, Duwei arrives silent and observant, immediately alienated by his surroundings. Growing up, his inability to speak and deep-seated resentment towards this new reality mark him as an outcast within his family. Despite his father's attempts to find purpose for him, Duwei is consistently dismissed as inadequate – a perceived disappointment to his lineage. The narrative follows Duwei’s struggle for self-discovery in this unfamiliar world. He grapples with the limitations imposed upon him while covertly utilizing fragmented memories of his past life.
