    Synopsis:

    The anime unfolds in a world governed by an ancient celestial ritual, the ETM12, which periodically chooses celestial beings to join the ranks of the Chinese zodiac. For two millennia, this selection has remained static, with the original Eto-shin holding unchallenged power. Nyaa-tan, a determined cat Eto-musume, seeks to break this tradition by becoming an Eto-shin herself. Her path requires collecting twelve seals through competitive battles fueled by Sol/Lull, divine energy derived from human positivity.

    Facing limitations in her own abilities, Nyaa-tan finds an unexpected ally in Takeru Amato, a newcomer whose unique capacity for generating potent Sol/Lull proves invaluable. As their bond deepens, Takeru’s interactions with the Eto-shin reveal fragments of a forgotten history surrounding the ETM12 and the origins of the zodiac’s established order, hinting at deeper mysteries yet to be uncovered. The series explores themes of ambition, connection, and the weight of legacy within a fantastical setting.
