Synopsis:
The Japanese team of Lisa, Lorna, and Soichi arrives in Los Angeles for a prestigious ex-Driver race competition, only to find themselves entangled in a complex situation. A nightmarish encounter with an autonomous vehicle sets off a chain of events involving a missing person and a shadowy conspiracy. Their initial intervention with the rogue AI draws unwanted attention from local authorities. As Soichi investigates the disappearance of Angela, the sponsor's daughter, he uncovers a darker side to the racing world – illegal gambling operations that may be connected to the unfolding crisis. Trapped and facing unknown adversaries within a hidden warehouse, Soichi must forge an escape with Angela, navigating treacherous circumstances and uncovering a web of deceit surrounding the competition. The narrative explores themes of competition, technological risk, and the hidden costs of ambition within a high-stakes environment.
