Synopsis:
At Samezuka Academy, the rekindling of a childhood bond between Rin Matsuoka and newly transferred Sousuke Yamazaki sparks the formation of a promising swimming team. Alongside teammates including Captain Mikoshiba's brother Momotarou and Aiichirou Nitori, they navigate the challenges of competitive swimming, forging deeper friendships through shared training and races. As the season progresses, Sousuke grapples with unspoken burdens surrounding his return, impacting his performance and casting a shadow over the team’s unity. Rin, keenly observant of his friend's struggle, becomes determined to understand the source of his hesitation, prompting an exploration of personal sacrifice and the complexities of pursuing individual aspirations within a collaborative environment. The series examines how past connections shape present ambitions and the importance of supporting those closest to us.
