The Yuman are now led by a determined figure who believes the war’s conclusion was premature. As plans for renewed hostilities are secretly orchestrated, the established order faces an imminent collapse.

The narrative explores themes of historical trauma, the cyclical nature of conflict, and the difficult choices individuals must make when faced with escalating danger. It centers on the potential consequences of a rekindled war and how those living in peace must adapt to the looming threat. The series portrays a world grappling with its past while bracing for an uncertain future, focusing on the subtle shifts in power dynamics and the human cost of unresolved grievances.

The least of the Gall force Saga that i like, but its still watchable and it continues stil on earth 200 years after the events of the Gall force earth chapter saga. Mainly the animation is inproved and so is some of the soundtracks, background art , charachters ( re-incarnations from other gall force movies) here are all ladies and quite young as well. The story is not all that special even if it develops into an overtake by another villian and more.i would keep it at the earlier gall force movies, ova's
