Synopsis:
A creeping darkness has overtaken the world with the arrival of Horrors, entities from a shadowy realm feeding on human souls. Shielded within the capital city by the protective magic of the Onmyouji, life continues, yet a new threat emerges. Raikou, clad in legendary armor, dedicates himself to safeguarding humanity as a Makai Knight. Accompanied by Kintoki and Seimei, he embarks on a challenging path to harness his power and confront the horrors plaguing their world.
However, Raikou’s journey is not one of effortless heroism; the armor's influence presents unforeseen difficulties, forcing him to grapple with personal limitations and self-doubt. The series explores themes of responsibility, inner strength, and the complexities of wielding extraordinary abilities in the face of overwhelming adversity, painting a picture of a world struggling to find hope amidst encroaching darkness.
