Synopsis:
Following the abrupt closure of the widely acclaimed virtual reality MMORPG "The World," a revamped version, "The World R:2," is released. New player Haseo initially finds camaraderie but experiences a harsh welcome when his character is ruthlessly eliminated by other players. He's rescued by Ovan, a enigmatic player with a distinctive past, who guides him through the game's intricacies.
Haseo enjoys a period of relative peace alongside Ovan and Shino, but this tranquility is shattered by the appearance of Tri-Edge, a notorious player whose actions have devastating consequences for those he targets. Driven by grief and anger over Shino's fate, Haseo resolves to hunt down Tri-Edge. The series focuses on Haseo’s formative experiences within "The World R:2," highlighting the bonds forged with fellow players before confronting a growing darkness that blurs the line between the virtual and real worlds.
