Synopsis:
Following a high-stakes poker loss, five high school students – Keiichi Maebara, Rena Ryuuguu, Mion Sonozaki, Satoko Houjou, and Rika Furude – find themselves compelled to wander the outskirts of town in costume. Seeking anonymity, they choose the seemingly deserted village of Yagouchi as their destination.
The group's aimless exploration takes a turn when Mion mentions a nearby abandoned quarry, sparking curiosity amongst Rena and Keiichi. As Mion recounts unsettling local rumors surrounding the quarry’s past, a hesitant debate ensues within the group about whether to investigate further. The atmosphere gradually shifts from lighthearted avoidance to one of growing apprehension as they consider venturing into the quarry's shadowed depths, hinting at potentially unforeseen consequences. The narrative explores themes of curiosity, consequence, and the allure of forgotten places.
