Synopsis:
This anime adapts a widely beloved song originally created for a driver safety campaign commercial on a local radio station. The story unfolds within a vibrant, contemporary Japanese setting, following a group of everyday individuals connected by the unexpectedly popular melody. It explores themes of community and shared experience sparked by a piece of music that transcended its original purpose. The narrative emphasizes interpersonal relationships and the subtle ways art can influence human connection. The animation style offers a gentle and realistic portrayal of life, focusing on relatable moments rather than grand spectacle. It presents a quiet, introspective experience, examining how an unconventional song becomes a unifying force in a diverse world.

Rate of 5 seen via japanese raw Story this is song based and i have no lyrics i can grab that i can understand so can't comment much. I will say from i could but together the art was able to match the plot in some regard. Art not professionally made. Mostly in black and white. I loved the side by side animation idea. Smooth animation. Not all the side by side animations blended together in the way you thought but they did blend. Character- this was more musical than actual anime so character background and such were not required.
