    Synopsis:

    Koyuki Honda, grappling with the loss of her brother and lacking familial support for her upcoming graduation, encounters an unusual pair of brothers while visiting his grave. Kiri and Victor Putin claim to be actors, but their presence is tied to a local legend surrounding the cemetery's clock tower – a tale promising the reversal of time through a midnight wish under the full moon. Koyuki’s decision to test the legend unveils a grim reality: the story is a lure for "Horologues," entities that feed on human time fueled by regret.

    The brothers reveal themselves as Chronos Rulers, tasked with combating these creatures using a temporal artifact called the Oath of Time. Their efforts culminate in a confrontation, ultimately resolving Koyuki's personal sorrow and preventing further incursions. However, the threat of the Horologues remains, compelling the Chronos Rulers to continue their vigil, safeguarding humanity from those who would exploit time itself. The series explores themes of grief, memory, and the consequences of wishing to alter the past.
