    Synopsis:

    Against a backdrop of a city bathed in moonlight, *[Anime Title]* follows Joker, a enigmatic figure known for orchestrating elaborate heists targeting singular, highly prized artifacts. His daring exploits consistently draw the attention of Dokusaburou Oniyama, a determined police investigator dedicated to bringing him to justice. During a mission to acquire the Dragon Gem from a wealthy industrialist, Joker encounters Hachi, a spirited ninja driven by admiration for the phantom thief. Initially viewing Hachi as an unwelcome distraction, Joker eventually takes the young ninja under his wing.

    Their partnership evolves as they navigate a world of rival thieves and uncover deeper connections within the criminal underworld. The series explores themes of mentorship, ambition, and the blurred lines between ingenuity and deception, all set against a visually distinctive urban landscape where technology and unconventional methods intertwine.
