Synopsis:
Following her grandmother's passing, middle school student Kana Nakamachi finds herself without a home. Seeking stability, she accepts a position with the Fuhshin Gazette, a local newspaper delivery service that offers lodging in exchange for work. The Gazette’s unconventional staff – including Yume and Yuuki, Hinata, Haruka, and Saki – create a distinctly lived-in atmosphere within the small office. Kana navigates demanding schedules, unpredictable neighborhood encounters with protective dogs, and complex delivery routes while contending with a friendly but persistent rivalry from a competitor. The series explores themes of independence, belonging, and finding unexpected connections in a close-knit community, depicting the everyday challenges and quiet joys of young adulthood.
