Synopsis:
Set against the backdrop of a cold 1995 winter, the story follows Mikiya Kokutou, whose life subtly shifts upon encountering Shiki Ryougi. Their initial acquaintance blossoms into an unusual connection as Mikiya observes Shiki's enigmatic nature and glimpses into her unconventional past. As a series of disturbing murders grip Mifune City, Mikiya’s connections to the police force draw him into the investigation. Driven by concern for Shiki’s well-being, he begins observing her, inadvertently uncovering unsettling truths that challenge his understanding of reality. The narrative explores themes of isolation, hidden identities, and the unsettling implications of extraordinary individuals navigating an ordinary world. It presents a character-driven experience focused on atmosphere and psychological tension, unfolding amidst a backdrop of mystery and escalating dread.
