    Synopsis:

    For generations, humanity has unknowingly shared the world with Shokujinki – beings outwardly human but capable of monstrous transformations driven by a need to consume. The Kifuuken dojo maintains a precarious balance, dedicated solely to eliminating these creatures through a brutal, specialized combat technique. Toshihiko Momota, heir to the Kifuuken leadership, finds his duty irrevocably challenged by an unexpected connection with Yuka Kamitsuki, a woman harboring a hidden identity as a Shokujinki.

    As their relationship deepens, Toshihiko is forced to confront a devastating truth – he is bound by tradition to destroy her. Simultaneously, internal conflict brews within the Kifuuken, as Toshihiko’s brother advocates for change within the ancient dojo's methods. The series explores themes of duty versus desire, societal prejudice, and the complexities of identity in a world teetering on the edge of a hidden war.
