Synopsis:
In a neon-drenched, perpetually awake cityscape, ancient evils find new purchase in the shadows of human emotion. This adult-oriented horror anime follows Enma, the Demon Prince of the Underworld, and his companions as they investigate disturbing occurrences plaguing the city. Driven by a mission to reclaim escaped demons, Enma operates an agency alongside Princess Yukihime and the enigmatic Kapaeru, confronting incidents that defy ordinary explanation. The series explores themes of suppressed desires and despair, suggesting these internal voids empower malevolent entities within the human world. Each case reveals a chilling connection between human suffering and demonic activity, as Enma’s fiery resolve clashes with the pervasive darkness gripping the city's inhabitants.
