Synopsis:

Katsuhira Agata exists in a world muted by an absence of physical pain, a stark contrast to his friend Chidori’s fading memories of a more vibrant past. Katsuhira's unusual condition makes him vulnerable to exploitation, becoming a target for those who underestimate his stoicism. His life shifts dramatically when he and five other teenagers are forcibly integrated into the Kizuna System.

Connected through a shared network of pain transference, the Kiznaivers become unwilling subjects in an experiment intended to foster empathy and global harmony. The system forces them to confront each other's vulnerabilities as physical injuries manifest as shared agony. As they navigate this intense, physically linked existence, the Kiznaivers grapple with their own identities and the true cost of connection, questioning whether forced intimacy can truly bridge divides or merely amplify suffering.
