Synopsis:

Akira Tachibana navigates the quiet routine of high school life, subtly marked by the lingering impact of a past athletic injury and a detachment from romantic pursuits. Finding solace in her part-time work at the Garden Cafe, she forms an unexpected connection with Masami Kondou, the cafe's manager. Kondou’s gentle demeanor and dedication to creating a welcoming atmosphere resonate deeply with Akira, fostering a burgeoning affection despite their significant age difference. The series explores the complexities of emotional vulnerability and the courage required to pursue personal feelings. As Akira grapples with her growing emotions, the narrative examines societal perceptions of kindness and strength alongside the delicate balance of unspoken desires and potential consequences when those desires are finally voiced.
