Komatta Jiisan is not an anime that you'll walk away from with some new perspective, absolutely raving about why you love it, revelling in its genius...but one that will leave you with the dumbest smile on your face. The show takes literally 13 minutes to watch, but it was 13 minutes well spent. This show is exactly what the synopsis says, and it revels in it. You know the punchline, and yet when the punchline comes, its still just as charming. Komatta Jiisan left me with a glow after I finished it, even though it was 12 at night and I was exhausted. I just...honestly kindalove it.nnI may not recommend this to any of my friends, but if you are wondering if you should watch this, DO IT. There's no reason not to.
