Synopsis:

In a futuristic cityscape dominated by gleaming metal towers and automated systems, young Kumi finds solace in a meticulously crafted garden nestled beside one such structure. This artificial oasis offers a blend of digital flora, programmed fauna, and carefully engineered landscapes. Kumi’s routine is disrupted by an elderly painter who frequents the garden, captivated by the artificial blooms. He shares a secret with her: the discovery of a tulip exhibiting unexpected vitality – it seems to breathe. Together, Kumi and the painter dedicate themselves to nurturing this anomaly, observing its growth and contemplating its significance within the controlled environment of their world. The story explores themes of nature versus artifice, memory, and the quiet wonder found in unexpected moments of life.
