    Synopsis:

    In the Adriatic Sea of the 1920s, former World War I pilot Marco Pagot lives a solitary existence as Porco Rosso, a renowned bounty hunter with a peculiar transformation. Haunted by a past he tries to outrun, Porco navigates a world of aerial piracy and hidden dangers while maintaining a quiet life on a remote island. His routine is disrupted when a youthful American pilot, Donald Curtis, shoots down Porco, sparking a renewed determination to reclaim his reputation.

    Driven by loyalty to the songstress Gina and an opportunity for mechanical advancement, Porco seeks assistance from Piccolo S.P.A., where he encounters the ambitious young engineer Fio Piccolo. Together, they embark on a journey of repair and innovation, preparing Porco’s aircraft for a decisive confrontation with Donald. The series explores themes of honor, redemption, and finding purpose in a changing world, all set against a backdrop of stunning coastal landscapes and vintage aviation.
