Synopsis:
Atsushi Arisawa’s pursuit of a long-held affection leads him to Jougaoka High School, where he anticipates a reunion with his childhood crush, Masami Shibata. His expectations are abruptly challenged when he encounters Masayoshi, Masami's brother who now serves as the school nurse. The resemblance is striking, yet the personality is drastically different; a jarring shift that leaves Atsushi deeply unsettled. This initial shock is compounded by the persistent advances of his friend Kouji, creating a chaotic and disorienting environment for Atsushi. As he navigates this strange new reality, Atsushi begins to reconsider his feelings for Masayoshi, finding unexpected qualities in the altered persona. The narrative explores themes of identity, perception, and the complexities of personal connection against a backdrop of high school life and evolving relationships.

If you don't mind old style animation, dive right in - you will be rewarded :P But if you don't like cliches, then probably not. This ova/manga is a lighthearted comedy/romance. I'm biased against this because I'm weak to comedy. The tease is actually quite enjoyable, at least for me. Note: Some scenes might leave you confused, but the anime tries to tone down the jokes in the manga, one of which involves getting hit by car and sent flying yet not getting injured in anyway. Some scenes are better thought out in the anime (makes more sense, provides excitement, etc.). Additional Notes to make thereview longer so I can submit it:nSince the animation is somewhat old, don't expect too much from the art and sound. The story is decent, if somewhat cliched. If they adapt the entire manga series into an anime, I'd binge watch it.
