Synopsis:
Set three years prior to the main series, this anime episode explores the initial encounter between humans and a being caught between two worlds. Hiroomi Nase, tasked with apprehending Akihito Kanbara, a figure of considerable notoriety, finds his mission complicated by the presence of his inquisitive younger sister, Mitsuki. Their pursuit leads them to Akihito, marking the first face-to-face meeting. The siblings quickly realize they are not alone in their search; various factions have an interest in Akihito's fate.
