    Synopsis:

    The narrative follows the children of Myoue, a monk whose artistic ability to animate drawings inadvertently caused societal disruption. Forced to flee with his family to the artist's self-made world, the Looking Glass City, their newfound tranquility is shattered by the mysterious disappearance of their parents. Now responsible for the city's upkeep, the siblings grapple with unfamiliar challenges when a spirited young woman named Koto arrives from the sky. She seeks the missing Myoue and Koto, bringing with her unconventional methods and unusual companions. The story explores themes of legacy, responsibility, and the consequences of unchecked creation within a visually distinctive, fantastical setting – a paper-like city existing outside of conventional reality. It centers on navigating uncertainty while searching for answers to a family’s fate.
