Synopsis:
Following a seemingly straightforward heist, Lupin III and his trusted companion Jigen find themselves entangled in a perplexing mystery. The stolen funds are revealed to be incredibly sophisticated counterfeits known as "Gothic Bills," prompting their journey to the secluded nation of Cagliostro. Their arrival coincides with a rescue, introducing them to Clarisse d’ Cagliostro, the Duke's daughter fleeing a dangerous scheme orchestrated by her uncle, Count Cagliostro. He intends to seize her family’s inheritance through an arranged marriage.
Lupin, compelled by a sense of justice, intervenes, drawing in familiar faces like Goemon Ishikawa XIII, Fujiko Mine, and Zenigata. As the group converges on the imposing Cagliostro Castle, Lupin's past connection to the location resurfaces, unlocking long-hidden secrets within its walls.
