Synopsis:

In a near-future Japan, a government agency known as the SSC has initiated a campaign to eradicate "otaku" culture, viewing its passionate devotees as a threat to national identity. Following a brutal crackdown in 2008 that confiscated treasured collections and forcibly relocated countless individuals, a movement of resistance emerges. Led by the enigmatic Otaku Hero, a community of displaced hobbyists forges an unconventional army dedicated to preserving their way of life.

Years later, as hope dwindles, Hero unites with Anarchy, a magical girl whose own struggles intertwine with the rebellion. Their mission becomes centered on locating and empowering two other magical girls – Blue and Pink – believing that their combined abilities hold the key to overcoming the SSC's oppressive control. The series explores themes of cultural preservation, identity, and the power of community in the face of systemic oppression, set against a backdrop of stylized conflict and supernatural elements.
