    Synopsis:

    Following a period of relative calm after a significant conflict, the Student Council finds themselves confronting a new and complex challenge at Hakoniwa Academy. Led by Principal Oudo Miyakonojou, a clandestine operation known as the "Flask Plan" threatens to disrupt the school's fragile equilibrium. The Council must navigate this scheme while contending with the emergence of the "Thirteen Party," a group of formidable students commanded by the ambitious Oudo.

    The narrative explores themes of power dynamics and institutional control within an environment already defined by extraordinary abilities. As the Student Council investigates, they encounter escalating obstacles, including the reappearance of past adversaries, forcing them to confront not only external threats but also the darker aspects of their own world.
