Synopsis:

Mei Ayazuki's mundane life is irrevocably altered when a peculiar encounter with a magician transports her to Meiji-era Tokyo. This unfamiliar world embraces the existence of ghosts, leading Mei to the Rokumeikan, where she meets several prominent figures of the period: artists, intellectuals, and personalities from the era. She soon learns she possesses the ability to perceive spirits – a rare and sought-after gift in this time.

Navigating her new reality, Mei’s interactions with these historical figures deepen, fostering unexpected connections and burgeoning affections. The series explores themes of cultural displacement, personal identity, and the evolving nature of relationships when confronted with extraordinary circumstances. As Mei grapples with the possibility of returning home, she must also confront the growing feelings for individuals rooted in a vastly different era, questioning whether love can transcend time itself.
