Synopsis:
Set against the backdrop of 1930s global exploration, this series follows Montana Jones and his cousin, Professor Alfred Jones, as they embark on expeditions to locate historically significant artifacts. Guided by cryptic clues delivered via phonograph records from their mentor, Professor Gerrit, the pair navigate international landscapes in pursuit of these lost treasures for preservation in museums. Their journeys often intersect with Melissa, a resourceful reporter fluent in numerous languages, who joins their endeavors. Adding complexity is Lord Zero, a wealthy and eccentric art collector who actively seeks to claim these artifacts for himself, aided by his formidable henchmen. The team also utilizes the unique inventions of Dr. Nitro, whose unconventional engines offer an edge in their quest. The series blends historical intrigue with elements of adventure and deduction, exploring themes of cultural preservation and the motivations behind obsession.
