Synopsis:

Years after humanity’s exodus from the ocean depths, a cultural divide persists between those who remain beneath the waves and those who adapted to life on the surface. The narrative follows Hikari Sakishima and his companions as they journey to a school built for surface dwellers, encountering Tsumugu Kihara, a student deeply connected to the marine world. Their arrival stirs tensions rooted in historical separation and prejudice. As they navigate adolescence, the characters grapple with personal struggles alongside the looming threat of a powerful storm – a harbinger of potential disaster for the surface communities. The series explores themes of belonging, identity, and the consequences of fractured histories against a backdrop of contrasting environments and evolving relationships.
