    Synopsis:

    Humanity's struggle for survival has driven them to the lunar colonies after a devastating invasion by advanced Machine Lifeforms. Hope rests on YoRHa, a specialized unit of android soldiers deployed to reclaim Earth. At their core is YoRHa 2-gou B-gata, known as 2B, a combat android tasked with a grim mission: to eradicate the alien presence. The series explores the psychological toll of unending warfare through 2B's perspective, as she confronts the complex moral ambiguities inherent in humanity’s desperate fight. As the war progresses, cracks begin to appear in the narrative presented by the ruling powers, forcing 2B to grapple with questions of identity, purpose, and the true cost of victory amidst a desolate landscape. The anime presents a contemplative examination of duty, existence, and the nature of conflict.
