Having a separate entry because of technicality rather than being what would most call an anime, these short clips are a public service announcement with One Piece characters. Visually it’s quite simple, one background for all of these shorts, and not much movement animation. It’s also very short, but that’s kinda given, being just and announcement. Content-wise, it’s a nice attempt to make normally boring infodumping a bit more entertaining. You also have to keep in mind that this is obviously aimed at the younger audience. I’m sure someone somewhere should object to One Piece characters being mouthpiece for unrelated announcements, but “wash your hands, sleepwell” isn’t any nefarious message to convey.nnIt’s really hard to judge this as an anime, but if judged as a PSA, it’s quite alright, better than most even. So, fine it is.

Very cute alignment of check-ins with the Strawhats, I appreciate this gesture from the animation studio, taking advantage of their platform and reach to spread awareness of this horrible virus. A true virtue that others should learn to apply. It was cool to see Chopper give actually real-world medical advice, although, it felt very weird to have Zoro give advice too, and Franky who's already a Cyborg as well, but the fact that he operated on himself and rebuilt almost his entire body must have taken a lot of medical knowledge, and oh, of course, the man already dead, Brook.
