Synopsis:

Kanade Amakusa navigates the everyday trials of high school burdened by an unusual affliction: "Absolute Choice," a system dictating his actions through random mental prompts. This imposed system consistently presents him with socially awkward and often embarrassing options, frequently manifesting in public settings. The entity controlling this system appears to derive amusement from Kanade’s discomfort, subtly manipulating his choices to intertwine him with the lives of his classmates.

His already precarious reputation is further complicated when a seemingly accidental decision leads to a mysterious girl plummeting from the sky.
