Synopsis:

Akio, a young man grappling with his father’s rigid beliefs about the separation of humans and Pokémon, finds his world irrevocably altered by an unexpected encounter. In the remote landscapes surrounding his home, he crosses paths with a Hisuian Zorua, a creature capable of illusion and mimicry. This unusual meeting forces Akio to confront the ingrained principles instilled in him from childhood. The narrative explores themes of prejudice, understanding, and the potential for connection between seemingly disparate worlds. Set against a backdrop of quiet rural life, the story focuses on character development and the gradual dismantling of preconceived notions through personal interaction with a mysterious creature, raising questions about acceptance and the nature of belonging.
