    Synopsis:

    The anime explores the complex relationship between humanity and the natural world, set against the backdrop of the secluded Forest of Okoya. Koko, a young boy raised by a solitary Zarude, has always believed himself to be one of the forest’s mythical Pokémon. His world is irrevocably altered by an encounter with Satoshi and Pikachu, introducing him to the concept of humanity and sparking a profound identity crisis. As external threats emerge within the jungle ecosystem, Koko must grapple with his origins while navigating the fragile connection between his Zarude parent and his newfound human friendship.
