The city exists within a precarious infrastructure of elevated pipelines that supply essential resources, visually resembling a sprawling network of veins across the urban landscape. This isolated environment fosters a distinctive atmosphere where survival is inextricably linked to the intricate system above.

Central to Shibuya's culture are the "Prayers," individuals who engage in competitive musical combat. They channel sonic energy into directed attacks, targeting their opponents’ minds and physical well-being. The narrative explores themes of societal dependence, resource management, and the psychological toll of a life lived under constant pressure within a unique urban ecosystem.
