Synopsis:

In a world perpetually threatened by ancient dragons, humanity relies on specialized methods – silver weaponry to freeze their blood, or exposure to sunlight for incineration – to combat these formidable creatures. The series follows Leonica, a skilled dragon hunter, and Ragna, her enigmatic companion burdened by a history of misfortune surrounding the beasts. Despite skepticism from others who view him as cursed, Leonica recognizes Ragna's hidden capabilities, forming a strong bond between them.

Ragna’s unwavering belief in Leonica is tested when he experiences visions of her demise, leading him on a path to avert a perceived prophecy. He encounters a mysterious ally, Crimson, and together they embark on a quest to eradicate dragons permanently. The narrative explores themes of fate versus free will, the weight of destiny, and the strength found in unconventional partnerships within a world steeped in perilous tradition.
